  • United Title of Texas Closed/ United Title offices are closed

Posted on July 30, 2008 by in General

I recently learned that United Title of Texas Offices has closed down all throughout the state of Texas. United Title of Texas troubles didn’t just start yesterday. I worked for United Title in Tyler and was laid off in October 2006 along with many others across the state of Texas lost their jobs in the massive lay off. Now, United Title has closed their doors.  I pray for all of the ones that have lost their job in this experience. May God be with you!

  • Who calls from 866-605-4528/ 8666054528 ?

Posted on July 22, 2008 by in General

I keep getting a call from 866-605-4528 and they state they are my service provider and want to go over my service plan to make sure I am happy with the plan I have or maybe there is another plan that would better fit my needs. I just googled 8666054528 and it appears that many people have gotten a call from that number and it may be fraud.

So who calls from 866-605-4528? I don’t think it is Sprint. Sprint normally sends a text message or an automated message, this was a human being.

  • Adoption and Foster care for State of Texas Ministries!

Posted on July 15, 2008 by in General

The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services have a program that many ministries are not aware of. Sharon Williams is gathering ministry families together to give children the gift of love. I wanted to share this video with all minstires that may be interested in Sharon coming to speak to your congregation to embrance children that simply need the gift of Love.

In the video presentation Sharon shares the benefits of foster care and adopting a child(ren). There are subsidies to families who take in children into their family. The foster care and the adoption process can be lengthly but coming together as a ministry and a church family the process has been shortened to place the children in to a God-fearing family.

This program is for the state of Texas, if you would like Sharon to come and speak to your congregation to get your ministry signed up please contact Sharon Williams @ 1-800-233-3405. Please view the video to learn more about this process for the adoption and foster care process for Faith base organizations.

This video was recorded through live Stream at Life Changers Church Inc. in Tyler, Texas on Sunday, July 13, 2008 by Bro. Michael Dotson and the Technical Support Team at Life Changers, Inc.  This video is hosted by www.ustream.tv. – a free live streaming broadcast source!

Re: Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac

There has been a major decrease in the price of homes, loan defaults begin to rise and federal regulators or on their tipsy toes bracing as banks in America being to fail in the upcoming year. California collapsed Friday being left with one wondering what’s next? Will this be a domino effect with other banks across America?

Louise Story wrote But the troubles are growing so rapidly at some small and midsize banks that as many as 150 out of the 7,500 banks nationwide could fail over the next 12 to 18 months, analysts say. Other lenders are likely to shut branches or seek mergers.
