Let me tell you a little bit about this company. Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC is a legit company. It is a debt collection agency but at the same the are networked with Moterey County Bank to issue a credit card.
This is how the system work… Jefferson Capital takes an old charge account debt that has been charged-off and they have purchased it fromt he orginal debtor then hey settle with you. As any other debt collection agency makes a settlement. You pay a minimum monthly charge toward your settlement balance. Once that balance is paid to a certain extent you will then be issued a credit card from Moterey County Bank. The credit card is 0% interest and no fees. It sounds to good to be true but it is true.
Then the original old account marked is paid in full. So, now you have your old debt paid off and you have a fresh new start in building your credit back up. A revolving line of credit such as credit card is the best way to get your credit score up. So, if you receive anything from Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC the company is totally legit. There are a lot of negative blogs bashing the company because they feel as if the company is a fraud.

they called me and put me on hold (the computer did). I hung up. I called back the 800 number to see who called me. A woman named Linda answered and said I was calling Jefferson Capital LLC. I asked her who that was. She asked me for my social security number and my name so she can look me up. I said no, I was calling to ask her who the company was that called me. She repeated Jefferson Capital LLC, but would give me no info. I asked her if she was selling me something. She said no, but if I gave her my personal info, she would let me know why she called. I hung up. I called back later, and the same woman, Linda, answered. I hung up. If this were a legitimate company, she would discuss what the company is and if I am interested. I have no bad debt.
