Hate Issues

            With all of the issues with the race come violence and a mass of hate. This election will bring out the hate in people. Whether it is Barack Obama because he is a black man or John McCain because he is a white man… Race is a factor and it is certainly an issue. Not just race but hatred toward what the candidates believe and stand for.

So many people show their hate in a variety of ways.  While one person may plan an assignation for the president and then face jail immediately; another could place noose an effigy and not be charged at all. Well we certainly know the days are old have not been demolished.  Killing and hate crimes are certainly an issue in life.

 
This election has open up the eyes of American people. It has raised some questions that people thought would literally never have come to pass. A black man is running for president. Jessie Jackson ran for president but, he did not have the chance the Barack Obama has now. It was certainly too early in life for black man to run. Think about the forefathers of the slave history. They would have never seen in their life time a black man running and leading in the polls. They probably thought it would never happen, not only the slaves but the slave masters. Do you think “Maser” (Master) would allow one of his slaves to believe that he is smart enough to run the house? Even though some people allowed being in the house, they still could not overstep their boundaries.     White supremacist still linger almost American people. So, does the black man who believes their place is working that minimum wage job for all of their life; Believing that they can never get ahead and the only thing can accomplish is what is before them. Some people can’t see beyond what is in front of them. We are truly all created equal. We do share the same opportunities in most cases. This country has change from 100 years ago.  Time has truly gotten’ it self in a hurry; from a line in the movie Shawshank Redemption.
I don’t feel that it is right to plan an assassination or even have a noose. The reality is this happens.  This world is full of good and evil. I just pray that we do more good than evil in life. It is not fair to other people for one person to express their hate towards at effigy or by killing another. It is not fair for someone to take out their hate in rage. Again, it is reality and it happens.

A Halloween display resembling Sarah Palin hanging in West Hollywood.

LOS ANGELES, California (CNN) — The mayor of West Hollywood has condemned a Halloween display resembling Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin hanging by a noose. The life-size doll with a white noose around its neck is outfitted to look like Palin — with a beehive wig, glasses and a red business suit.
