I have been so tired lately. What is going on?… No I am not pregnant, If I am a doctor somewhere is getting sued!!
On the other hand, I have had this crazy headache. I have been going to bed taking Motrin and waking up taking it. I hope I am not coming down with anything.
I haven’t really felt like blogging lately. I have been so busy with trying to get all of my Internet sites up and running its taking so much of my time. Along with starting new projects, it leaves me wondering….how in the world do I manage to do all that I do..I really haven’t figured that part out yet.
I have been so busy this last week and since this is tax season, my phone is been ringing off the hook to do folks taxes. But, that is what turbo tax is for! I love them, for real! I have used Jackson Hewitt for years. I even took their income tax course about three years ago, learned a lot too! But, I stop giving them all my money and start using turbo tax. Didn’t have to pay a single penny to file my taxes! So.. if you can wait 8-14 days versus the next day you can save about $400-$600, I guarantee Jackson Hewitt and H & R Block is going to get there money. You are going to pay a pretty penny getting that Anticipation Loan. The interest rate is more than a Payday loan. It is REDICULOUS. This year, I decided to wake up and wait. God grant me patience so I can wait on my tax refund… =)
The tax schedule is not all that bad either. If you can wait as little as one week you can have your return! See the schedule for returns ahead a time and know what to expect. This tax season just make some honest decisions. You know all of the hypocrites come out in tax season.
Don’t lie on your taxes, it can come back to bite you! The government is not stupid and you know you didn’t take care of those children. If the kids are yours you know most of year they were if the other parent and you are trying to beat them to the EIC credit. Shame on you!
Not just that, if they can prove to the IRS that they support the child the majority of the year, then you will receive a hefty bill and a nice audit to go along with it. Because they will give the other parent their due refund and you will have to pay them back! So, be honest don’t fool yourself. You may think because you tried to beat the system and got your refund overnight that you made it, but sweetie I got news for your. You have just dug a ditch for yourself. Now you are probably feeling guilty.
If you are and your spouse has back owed taxes or child support, defaulted student loans or something to that affect. You can still file together and get your portion of the refund. Check into filing form 8379 (injured spouse) for like child support and defaulted student loans and if your spouse owe back taxes and you feel like you are not responsible for them, check out form 8857 (innocent spouse) I believe. It will takes up to 11 weeks to process the return versus the 2-6 weeks but at least you can be honest and get your portion of the funds at the same time. Learn how to be honest with yourself and admit to what going on in your life. Don’t live a life of lies! Its easy to run away from your issues and try to hide them and modify them and to live out a lie. But you are a real woman or man when you can face life head on and take on what ever challenges that lie in your lane. Tax season is the best obstacle and test you can take to prove who you really are! Can you live with yourself after tax season?
I just want to encourage you to do the right thing this tax season. Stay away from the temptation of a quick fix. You shouldn’t sell your kids off to beat the system to have an extra dime in your pocket. You should choose to do the right thing. Especially if you are christian… …
