They call themselves “Tyler’s Finest Sea Food” the official name is Breakers “A Seafood Joint”…
We will be the judge of whether not it being Tyler’s Finest Sea Food. I stopped by the seafood joint on my lunch hour today to see what they had instore.
I made my way to the bar 10 minutes before noon to place a togo order. The greeter said they didn’t have any togo menus yet so she gave me their lunhch menu. The style of the menu was not all the special very simplistic.
The space is very limited, hardly any walk room near the bar area. Between the table and the bar chairs; I had to turn sides ways just to get my purse and I through. I am not a big girl…
The lunch prices where in a range from about $7-$14 for lunch menu items. The lunch selection was very limited. I ordered a chicken wrap with fries it was $8.61 with tax.
I ordered a chicken wrap. It suppose to have tomatoes, red onions, lettuce, grilled chicken, avocado and ranch dressing. You have the choice between regular fries, sweet potato fries or kettle potatoes.
I finally receive my order 25 minutes after 12. That means I was there 35 minutes for a togo order.
After I got back to work I had no ranch on my chicken wrap. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I had tomatoes on my wrap, when I requested no tomatoes. VERY DISSAPOINTING.
The food overall would have probably really been good with my ranch but since I didn’t have any…. My lunch didn’t go so well. The waitress, I think was very playful with all the men sitting around the bar neglecting tables and other bar customers therefore it pro-longed my time in having my order taken which had me there 35 minutes for a togo order.
As far as Tyler’s Finest…. I don’t think so. Just my thoughts. On a scale to 1-10, I give them a 6.
