Personally, TaWana Stegall is sharing her own personal experience as she develops and walks out her God given calling. She is blogging and sharing up close and personal real-life issues and life experiences. You will learn how one individual has gifts, talents and extraordinary abilities looks like when all is at work.
Currently she is a mother, wife, full-time student, employed full-time, Co-Pastor in ministry and she implements her hobbies and interest which is building websites. She also works with other ministries in the surrounding area in professional services such as administrative, planning & designing. She firmly believes that what ever she finds her hand to do let it be done. That all work is profitable. The fruits of her labor may not be seen immediately but she is certainly not dwelling on instant riches. But hard work must pay off.
This is who I am…..
As I engage in investing in myself with tools such trainings, schools, work and etc. My ministry is to also see others manifested. “Manifest Me” is a vision that was given to me by God. The purpose of it is to show others that laziness is not an excuse. If you want to be successful you have to work hard at doing something. If you are going to struggle in life, struggle making a difference and not just to struggle. That is my drive.
Living from paycheck to paycheck only to live from paycheck to paycheck with no vision of what is to come in life. Then one day something clicked, “Where will I be 5 years from now?” Will I be working the same job, getting a .10 raise per year, struggling to make ends meet? Will I be living on food stamps and depending on the government for my next meal? Will I have to go to the W.I.C office, just to get milk and eggs to make it between food stamps? Will I never be able to afford nothing because I am not doing anything to make a difference?
Prophesied to time after time that you are going to get a new house or a new car…. You are so rich, if you only new how rich you were… But being in the state of needing help beyond food stamps or TANIF, I started to think… When? When will I see the new house that so many men of God have spoken on my life? Or does my roof have to fall in before I get blessed. How many tote the notes cars do I have to drive and get reposed before I can actually afford something worth paying for? Or am I at church and serving for the wrong reason?
It wasn’t until my husband and I was ordained as Pastors I realized… every time I hear the word manifestation, it’s for me. I have heard it so many times… Its manifestation time! God dropped it into my spirit that I needed to manifest. Yes I was singing, preaching & teaching but was my mind frame where God needed it to be. Not so. I got tired of hearing, you are fixing to get a car…. And a house … No one ever spoke about “my destiny”.
In order for me to walk into my destiny I needed to manifest to who God created me to be. See if I am prosperous and in good help as my soul is prospering I can get the house or the car… So I begin to command my self to MANIFEST.
There is one thing about Manifestation. It is good to have the manifestation of things if you can sleep at night. There is no need to have a car when you can’t afford the payment. There is no need to have a house when it is going to go into foreclosure a few months later. But, if I am manifested, I am in a place where wisdom abides and I can go and get any car I want to drive. I can buy the house that I will enjoy. But, the beginning stage of manifestation of oneself is investing.
No matter how you look at it you need money to go out and buy stuff. If you want it manifested in your drive way, it’s going to take some mooh-lah cha-ching! So, why do people fail to think that they are going to be in the position of destiny overnight? You know what I did… I took every interest, gift, talent & ability and I put it to work.
I was reminded of the scripture that said your gift will make room for you. How will your gift make room for you if you are not exercising your gift? How will it make room for you if you no one knows your name? I was the behind the scene type of person. I shy out when it is time to speak. I would rather stay in my comfort zone. Then God started to give me ideas that blew my mind. But, they were so much bigger than me. Then He spoke to me and said, when they are bigger than you, it requires my assistance. That means I can’t do what God has given me the desires to do by my self. It takes people to make this happen, as it do with anything else that is successful. You can’t have a successful product line without buyers. A teacher is no good without a class. Money is just paper without someone to spend it!
So I had a new outlook for relationships. It causes you to walk in integrity and to treat people right. Have a great sense of character so that you can go far. Then the spirit of excellence to represent Him well! Once you know who you are and where you are going, you appreciate people along the way. If it wasn’t for relationships, we wouldn’t go anywhere in life.
I also heard a sermon one day and it stuck to me like glue. It is also a drive behind my success. Abraham had a name changed but before anyone ever knew him as Abraham, God spoke to him and told him that he would first make his name great and then he would bless him to be a blessing. My take from that was you couldn’t be blessed to be a blessing if no one ever knows your name. Who knows your name? For me being shy and behind the scenes was not longer an excuse, it was a trap to keep me bound. Even though I started to step out on faith I still needed to develop confidence.
So Manifest Me…. I want to be manifested. It’s been since 2006 since I had the vision to write the book. When I didn’t consider myself a writer… When I started my first website…. Knowing nothing about how to build one… When we were ordained into the ministry being Pastors… Then in 2007, when I went back to school to get my bachelor’s, when I had no idea what I was getting myself into…
The thing about it is I am investing in myself. Then I see people blessed, that’s how I know I am on the right track.(Blessed to be a blessing) No I am not rich (YET). But I am smart, talented and wise and I have the abilities to do great things! As the visions unfold and manifestation takes place… I invite you to come and manifest with me! Your investment starts with you! So do something with yourself, and cause manifestation to take place in your life. Walk in your divine destiny!
