IRS Form 8379- Injured Spouse Form

treated when form 8379 has been filed? I got many answers from experienced tax filers.
So, the IRS states that it taxes 11 weeks to process a return if file electronically with form 8379. Then 14 weeks to process are return with form 8379 if mailed. You are only concerned about the process it takes if you actually had to file this form.
Why would you file form 8379? Well, if you are married and your spouse has past due obligations that have affected their tax refund

What to expect when processing an Injured Spouse form with an Amended Return……
Posted on August 26, 2011 by MANIFEST ME! in Awareness, Banking/Money/Finance, GeneralA few years back I wrote about filing an injured spouse IRS 8379 and receive a massive response from people all over the word. There is a problem when you get your tax return and realize that it is not what you were expecting because of your spouse’s past debt obligations. Or maybe you didn’t receive a tax return at all. There is a solution to being married and still receiving your part of the money. Often times, in community property states your spouse may not even worked all year but you filed together one can still possibly receive their portion of the tax rebate when one files the injured spouse form.
This year the IRS really was backed up in processing injured spouse forms. You can complete you injured spouse form with your tax return or you can send it in after the fact. I would like to share one major deal that happen this year with someone I know in processing an injured spouse form with an amended return. By all means if you are a first timer, you can ignore what “where’s my refund” says because once the IRS actually starts to process the return the site will not be updated with any refund information.

Apple iPad 3 coming January 2012?

Recent ZenniOptical Experience!

One myth I discovered from Zenni that I have read all over the internet is that your glasses are manufactured overseas and it takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive because they have to go through customs. Okay that is not 100% correct. Zenni Terms of Use declares in their cancellation policy that: (more…)

Find out if your refund will be offset before you file!
Posted on February 1, 2012 by MANIFEST ME! in GeneralIt is very heart aching when you feel like you are going to get a tax refund only to see that your refund has been offset. There is a number you can call to see if anything has been reported against your security number before you file. Such as child support, defaulted student loans, states and federal unemployment debts and etc.
It is very heart aching to find out that something happen to your refund. Especially when you do not know who the money went to. You should receive a notice explaining what happen. You can always contact FMS at 800-304-3107 or TDD 866-297-0517. If you filed a joint return and you’re not responsible for the debt, but you are entitled to a portion of the refund you may request your portion of the refund by filing form 8379. Walgreens have invested a lot to be the Nation’s #1 pharmacy. They are the largest drugstore chain in the nation. When it comes to providing the absolute best services, they are #1. When it comes to genuinely caring for customers and the toll that healthcare reform it taking on consumers, it’s Walgreens!
Walgreens and Express Script
In most recent news Walgreens has negotiated with Express Script a new contract to continue in it’s in-pharmacy provider. These recent attempts have failed and Walgreens is no longer apart of Express Scripts’ pharmacy provider network as of January 1, 2012. This was not an easy hit for Walgreens because they sincerely care about customers and want to provide them with the most cost effective prescription plans to benefit consumers. The act of Express Script has not specific benefit to the patients or their health plan.
One issue that is evident is that Express Script may suffer from the lost of Walgreens, because the #1 pharmacy offer the most competitive prices with prescription drugs. Walgreens refuses to disappoint patients and have implement their own prescription saving plan. In their effort to minimize their disruption and inconvenience, Walgreens is proactive in making the transition as smooth as possible. They are doing all they can to keep their customers coming back for savings in the long run.
Walgreens CARES!
Despite the many disappoints of healthcare reform, Walgreens care to see consumer to continue to save money. Walgreens is offering a special discount on annual membership for its Prescription Saving Club. An individual can join during a special January promotion for only $5, or $10 for a family membership, and receive savings on more than 8,000 brand name and all generic medications. More than 400 generics are available with a three-month supply for less than$1 a week. Regular annual membership is $20 for an individual and $35 for a family.
I will encourage each one to go and benefit from the Walgreens Prescription Savings Club. You can Follow Walgreens on Twitter and Walgreens on Facebook to keep up with how they are helping consumers and how to keep you saving money on prescription drugs.

I have been a college student for a while. I know first hand how expensive text books can cost. Going to school online is extremely expensive.
